QA-Calibrate combines a fully functional calibration database with the analysis power of Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility. With this one package you can easily keep track of a virtually unlimited number of measurement instruments. Store and retrieve information about each device, including information on gage type, gage manufacturer, and the next scheduled calibration date. QA-Calibrate also stores information generated during R & R and Calibration studies. QA Calibrate's reporting features allow you to easily generate report documentation for various types of certifications including ISO, GMP, and customers audits.

As an added feature, QA-Calibrate maintains the step-by-step calibration procedure for each device to assist operators in the calibration process as well as document these procedures for reporting or certification purposes.

The Gage R & R capabilities of QA-Calibrate calculates the measurement error due to Gage Repeatability, Reproducibility, Accuracy, and overall Performance. Now you can easily differentiate between variance due to your measurement devices, operator skill level, and actual part to part variation.

• Reporting QA-Calibrate has several pre-defined reports such as Calibration Certificates, R & R Study reports, and more. Each report will be automatically generated with a touch of a button or a click of the mouse.
• Audit Trails QA-Calibrate documents each change a user makes when either editing or creating a Calibration or Repeatability & Reproducibility study.

System Requirements:

To use SPC-PC IV, you will need:

• An IBM PC or 100% compatible computer with a i386 or better processor, and at least 8MB of RAM.
• A hard drive with approximately 10 MB of free disk space.
• A graphics card compatible with Microsoft Windows (VGA or better is recommended)
• DOS version 3.1 or later and Microsoft Windows version 3.1 or later.
• A pointing device, such as a mouse, is recommended, but not required.
